Thank you for choosing Cool Tech Engineers. We strive to provide professional, reliable, and high-quality air conditioning repair and maintenance services. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before booking any service.
1. Nature of Our Business
Cool Tech Engineers is a service-based company specializing in AC Repair, Installation, Uninstallation, Shifting, Gas Refilling, Jet Wash & Deep Cleaning, Filter Cleaning, PCB Repair, Compressor Repair, Inverter AC Repair, Split AC Repair, Window AC Repair, Cassette AC Repair, Ductable AC Repair, Commercial AC Services, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). We do not sell air conditioners or physical products through this website.
2. No Return Policy
As we provide professional repair and maintenance services rather than physical goods, returns are not applicable. Once a service has been completed, it cannot be returned.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- A payment was made more than once for the same service.
- A booking was cancelled before the technician was dispatched.
- Cool Tech Engineers is unable to provide the booked service after accepting payment.
- A refund has been approved by our management after reviewing the request.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following cases:
- The service has been successfully completed.
- The customer changes their mind after the service is performed.
- Existing issues are unrelated to the completed repair.
- Damage occurs due to misuse, improper operation, or lack of maintenance after the service.
- The AC develops a new or unrelated fault after the repair.
- The customer refuses the recommended repair after inspection.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Spare Parts
If spare parts are installed during the repair: installed spare parts cannot be returned once fitted. Any applicable warranty for replacement parts will follow the manufacturer's or supplier's terms, where available.
6. Service Warranty
Certain repair services or replacement parts may include a limited service warranty, depending on the nature of the work performed. The warranty does not cover: electrical fluctuations, physical damage, water damage, fire damage, natural disasters, improper usage, unauthorized repairs by third parties, or lack of routine maintenance. Warranty eligibility will be determined after inspection by our technicians.
7. Appointment Cancellation
Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking before the technician has been dispatched. If a technician has already been assigned or has reached the service location, a visit or inspection charge may apply.
8. Failed Service Visits
If our technician is unable to perform the service because of no access to the property, power supply unavailable, customer unavailable, unsafe working conditions, or incorrect service address — a service visit or inspection fee may still be applicable.
9. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us with: Full Name, Registered Mobile Number, Service Date, Invoice or Payment Details, and Reason for the Refund Request. Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable time.
